From time to time, uKnowKids offers a variety of different subscription types are available which include different combinations of features and at different prices. If you would like to upgrade or downgrade your subscription, just follow these simple steps:
- Sign into your account at www.uknowkids.com
- Once you have accessed your account, click on the "My Settings" button at the top of the page.
- Click on the "Subscription" tab and view the alternative subscription options
- Select the desired subscription
- If necessary, provide (or reaffirm) your credit card information
- Click Save and after your account is updated, click Return to Dashboard
Your changes should take place immediately. Before you make the change consider whether you are currently on a free trial. If you are enjoying the benefits of a free trial and you switch subscriptions before the end of your free trial, your new subscription will not necessarily have a free trial associated with it. If you have questions about your current subscription or the subscription you are considering, please submit a support request and a member of the support team will assist you.
If you currently have a paid subscription and you change to a different paid subscription, your account will receive a prorated credit for services you have already paid for. However, if you are downgrading to a free subscription from a paid subscription, your account is paid up through the end of the subscription period for which you subscribed. Any unused portion of a service period cannot be refunded if you downgrade your subscription before the end of the period for which you have paid as mentioned in the Terms of Service.
Any promotional codes or lifetime discounts associated with your account may also be discarded. If you choose to upgrade in the future, your current promotional offers will not be carried over, and you will be required to pay the then-current price for the Service.
